Description:
As Team Coaches, we need to work differently with all kinds of teams and deal with a myriad of challenges and wicked problems. So how do we, as Team Coaches, help our clients navigate the practical and psychological issues that arise as they manage these multiple complexities? How do we take care of our own needs and continue to provide the depth and quality of coaching so needed in these times? Join a community of fellow Team Coaches keen to deepen their practice to learn from each other & transform.

- Individual Welcome Session
- 3 Clusters, Align, Reveal, Transform
- 9*2.5 hour small group sessions via Zoom
- (Max 12 members)
- Optional 1:1 sessions with one of our Faculty Members
- Fridays from 2.30-5pm UK Time
Dates & Venue:
Start 17th of June, 15th of July, 16th of Sept, 21st of Oct, 16th of Nov, 16th of Dec, 29th of Jan, 17th of Feb, 10th of Mar 2023.
Welcome session and individual sessions will be agreed with each participant.
Venue is on Zoom. All details, zoom invite and links will be sent in advance of session.

The ART of Team Coaching Is a program with a difference. We will employ edgy ideas, critical thinking, and support. We will bring our own practices for exploration and analysis. We will create an intimate and safe space for the ART of Team Coaching.
